Yes. Get the Excalibur. Whatever model you can afford; every review I have read, without exception, on them rates them five out of five stars. I want one, some day. The others, and I've had two now (they get hard use), tend to dry unevenly and you have to rotate the trays all the time. The Excalibur has a completely different design and eliminates those issues.

I'm going to build my own solar dryer but I also want an indoor electric one. I like the rotating tray idea.
